Benefits to you
You will be appearing on a suitably impressive stage. The subject of your presentation will be extensively advertised prior to the exhibition, so that interested delegates can make a point of coming to see you. While you are talking, other exhibition visitors will have free access to the Forum.
Your presentation will be recorded on video and posted on the Internet along with your handout file even before the exhibition has ended. This virtual presence will remain online until the next SECURITY. AT the last SECURITY 7000 visitors were counted on the two forums.

We will publish your subject and allotted presentation time in the WIK security management magazine, on the Internet, in the exhibition programme, on programme boards throughout the exhibition premises and in the "SECURITY Visitor’s Guide" which is distributed to everyone passing through the entrance gate. We also provide full details of the Forum programme to other specialist magazines.

The audience will be told that their address details are being passed on to the speakers. Video and handout files are online untill the next SECURITY. We have counted more than 4000 accesses on the videos and about 60000 downloads of the handouts.

– The € 680 cost of the presentation is only a fraction of what you would have to spend to achieve a similar effect on your own stand. This amount covers construction and operation of the Forum, along with high-quality technical equipment, on-site labour costs, advance organisation, a professional cameraman to record the video and Internet costs.
– We will refund € 100 of your contribution if your presentation reaches us on time and does not require any subsequent changes. Another benefit to you is that you will find your presentation ready to run on the platform computer, so that you will not need to sacrifice any of your precious 15-minute slot on loading files or dealing with technical problems.
